Dr. Natalie Bitton is an amazing doctor, a rarity in today’s time. She exhibits attributes and traits that are extremely uncommon in the medical field. Among the many are: kindness, professionalism, care, intelligence, perception, joy. She is genuinely a happy person. She has created a pleasant and professional work environment in her office which is beautiful and very clean. Her staff is amazing, they are actually nice- another rare thing in a medical office. All the assistants are pleasant, have a sense of humor, engage the kids and care about the “braces journey.” Our journey has ended since braces came off, but my son looked forward to every visit, he loves Dr. Bitton and so do I- Mom.
This place is amazing, everybody is so kind! My teeth look great and I finally feel confident smiling for the first time in my life. Dr. Bitton really takes the time to know all of her patients and make them feel welcome. 10/10 would recommend.
Our experience here from the beginning has been great. Dr. Bitton is first and foremost a super person, easygoing, personable and most importantly extremely knowledgeable and sympathetic to our concerns. She was very conservative in her approach which helped significantly with my son’s protocol. The office staff is very professional and friendly as well. Dr. Bitton is amazing. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. They made my son feel so at ease. They explain everything they are doing as they do it. Ive never been to a Dr’s office where everyone was so genuinely personable and friendly. That doesn’t happen by accident.
I have been very fortunate to have been referred to Bitton Orthodontist by a friend. 3 years ago my son needed braces for what seemed a complicated case. Dr Bitton and her staff provided my family with a professional, courteous, pleasant and seamless service. Dr Bitton coordinated with my sons dentist and oral surgeon, gave us ample time to answer all questions and address any concerns. She provided us with good suggestions that my son was happy with. Today, my son removed his braces and his teeth look absolutely beautiful. I wish every doctor office would treat their patients the same way Bitton Orthodontist does. Dr. Bitton is truly exceptional!! As a physician myself, it is truly rare that I find a physician as compassionate yet humble as Dr. Bitton. She made what could be a daunting process pain free and streamlined.

My daughters have been in treatment at Dr. Bitton's office for a few months. From the second we began their consultation we felt welcome and at ease. Dr. Bitton made sure we knew all of our options and clearly laid out a plan that was perfect for each of my girls. The staff members are pleasant and compassionate. My daughters look forward to conversations with them every visit! The office is a clean, inviting, and well-decorated space. Most medical offices are cold and uncomfortable, but Dr. Bitton's practice is the complete opposite! The entire process has exceeded our expectations and we look forward to completing our treatment with them.
Who knew that getting braces (especially as an adult) could be so much fun!!! Each visit felt like a visit with friends. My treatment plan was well explained and Dr. Bitton and her staff always took their time explaining each step of the process and making sure that all of my questions were answered. But the best part is my new smile!
There are not enough positive words available to adequately describe how wonderful my experience was with Dr. Bitton and her staff. I went in with bottom crooked teeth that were pushing on my upper teeth (I.e., imagine the teeth from the shark in the movie Jaws), and came out looking — and feeling — great. Dr. Bitton methodically explained my options, what the process would be, and how it would affect my day-to-day life. I was fully informed prior to selecting Invisalign as the proper course of treatment. After 20 weeks, my teeth are as straight as an arrow.
I feel that Dr. Bitton was just as excited about the wonderful results as I am. She and her staff are caring, sensitive, and exceptional. My experience was so terrific that I am, partially, disappointed they’re fixed b/c I won’t have an excuse to see Dr. Bitton and her staff.
In short, if you’re looking for an orthodontist, look no further than the only board certified orthodontist in Rockville Centre. I traveled all the way from Suffolk county to see her — and it was well worth it!

If you want a stress free, best course of treatment, professional and friendly environment, see Dr. Bitton and team! I completed my Invisalign treatment, and it is perfect! As an adult, I was nervous to get my smile fixed. I thought I (mom of 3 boys) was too old to do this. But Dr. Bitton explained my options and I am so happy I did it! From beginning to end, the experience was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Bitton. You will be extremely pleased with the end result.
Despite our more than frequent visits to Dr. Bitton’s office to assist with my daughter’s constant fidgiting with her braces, Dr. Bitton and her staff always welcomed us with open arms. Never made us feel bad, despite the way too frequent visits. The entire staff more than accommodating and a pleasure to work with. More importantly Dr. Bitton is a perfectionist!
The staff at Bitton Orthodontics are so warm and friendly. They get you seated right away. Dr. Natalie Bitton is by the far the best ive ever seen! She commincates with you clearly what she is doing and does her craft with ultimate care. And the space is not only immaculately clean but so bright and beautiful to be in. We have fun every time.
