All orthodontists must be licensed to practice, but at this time only 1 in 3 orthodontists have continued on to become board certified. The initial process of becoming board certified can take anywhere from five to ten years. Once certified, an orthodontist must become re-certified every ten years to maintain board certified status.

This certification is held by a very small percentage of orthodontists across the country and demonstrates Dr. Bitton’s dedication and commitment to continued proficiency and excellence in orthodontics.
Our office is conveniently located at 24 Maple Avenue in the heart of Rockville Centre, New York. We are in close proximity to most major highways and in walking distance from the Long Island Railroad and many of the area’s local schools. We are happy to serve and provide orthodontic care for Rockville Centre, Lynbrook, Oceanside, Freeport, Baldwin, Merrick, Bellmore and other neighborhoods in the Nassau County area, as well as Manhattan and Suffolk County.
